On December 1, 2021, R.A. Long's Extensive Support class went out into the community to show our support and talk about giving back to our community through community service.

We started out with a cocoa date and socializing at Hearth Coffee and then walked down Commerce. We focused on the Junior Service League of Lower Columbia's Festival of Trees fundraiser.

Each student was able to go into the stores, admire the trees, and then made "I notice" statements like they have been working on in English. We ended the trip with a picnic.

It was a great experience!
